How long until I hear back?

I forgot my password. Can you reset it?
You can reset your password directly from the login page using the "Forgot password?" link. We never see or store your password — only a salted hash.
Can I delete my account and all my data?
Yes — at any time, from the dashboard. Account deletion is permanent and removes your published site, your content, and your personal data within 30 days. See our Privacy Policy for the full details.
Do you offer custom domains?
Yes. You can map your own domain to your LinkMe site. See the custom domain settings page in the dashboard, or check our docs for setup instructions.
Can I migrate my existing site to LinkMe?
Yes. Use the structured import tool in the dashboard to bring in your posts, projects, and links from another platform. If you run into trouble, contact us and we will help.
Is LinkMe free?
LinkMe is free to start, with optional paid plans that unlock premium features like additional themes, custom domains, and advanced analytics. Pricing details are on the pricing page.
